According to Bloomberg News, Namco Bandai prez Takeo Takasu says it's "impossible" for Sony to launch the PlayStation 3 in its scheduled spring window.
With the Namco/Bandai merger, they are now Japan's second-biggest maker of toys and videogame software.
Takasu said "Without any announcements so far, the spring release is impossible,'' though they "are developing titles for PlayStation 3, but the release of the games depends on the timing of the hardware.''
I wonder if Sony is thinking, "Great, this is what we need from a partner."
